Includes personalized training program, updates to spreadsheets of consolidated organizational strengths data and personalized strengths information for each new participant.

This training is conducted via Telephone only.

My strengths and skills lend themselves well to creating an environment where people feel comfortable sharing what’s on their mind, in addition to working toward more productive solutions.

Sometimes it’s not necessary to bring the whole team together but it is important to support the individual who needs someone to open up to, to bounce ideas off of and resolve outstanding issues.
