Here's a pic of how all the sizes look next to each other. The way I measure for the best fit is: take a tape measure put it around your wrist and then add another half inch to an inch to that. This will give you your best fit. For example: my wrist measures 6" add another inch to that and the bracelet size I would select is a 7" for a lose comfortable fit.
